Shipping Policy

  • Shipping and Handling charge is: $4.95 Flat Rate regardless of quantity!
  • We will ship items within 24-48 hours, but we cannot guarantee delivery times from the Postal Service or any other shipping companies.
  • We will only ship to a USA Address (50 States). Currently, we will not ship to any AE, APO , FPO, AP or US Territory addresses. Sorry.
  • Packages will only be sent to the Billing Address of the credit card. No Exceptions.
  • If your payment is via Paypal, we will only ship to your confirmed address in your paypal payment. No Exceptions.
  • Our preferred method of shipping is USPS or UPS Ground. We will determine the method of shipping depending on weight of the item. Delivery within usually take 3-5 business days.
  • FREE Tracking for items shipped within the US. Tracking number will be emailed to you once the package has been delivered.
  • Overnight shipping is NOT available at this time.

Return and Exchange Policy

  • Original receipt or at the minimum, an order number is required for all returns, exchanges and warranty.
  • Any defective inkjet cartridges can be exchanged within 180 days of purchase.
  • All Inkjet cartridges can be refunded within 30 days of purchase only.
  • A 15% restocking fee will be charged on cartridges that are not defective or simply if the customer does not want the cartridges.
  • Refund will not be given to any orders placed after 30 days, but may be given a exchange within 6 months of purchase if the inkjet cartridge is found to be defective.
  • Customer is responsible for shipping charges and risk of loss on all returning shipments.
  • Replacement cartridges will not be shipped and refunds/credits will not be given until the products being returned are received 
  • It is our policy that all returned cartridges must be at least seventy-five (75%) percent or more filled. That should give everyone a fair chance to test of the quality of the product.
  • Please be aware that it may take your credit card bank 5-7 business days to apply your credit back to your account.
  • All S&H are not refundable and for returns, customer is responsible for return shipping charge
  • Upon receipt of the return, we will inspect the package to see if it complies with the policies defined herein before issuing a replacement or return
